CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT WILD BOARS
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a set of both upper and lower fossil tusks an Ice Age wild boar, Sus scrofa. These were brought up with many other Ice Age fossils such as rhino, Megaloceros, mammoth and reindeer, during a construction operation in and alongside the Maas River of the Netherlands, many years ago. Both tusks are complete and in stunning preservation having been retrieved from deep within a clay and gravel Pleistocene layer. Each shows natural feeding wear from when the boar was once alive. Both are COMPLETE, intact and original with NO REPAIR OR RESTORATION.
