CAMBROPALLAS ( ANDALUSIANA ) TRILOBITE

Anti-Atlas Region - Northern Sahara Desert, Morocco

LOWER CAMBRIAN PERIOD:   543 - 510 million years ago

In rare form is this VERY well-preserved Cambropallas telesto on its original slab of limestone.  With its perfect pose and natural state, this specimen represents a quality that is hard to find amongst the usual heavily restored examples that dominate the trade.  Both eyes have not been restored nor patched.  Both genal spines are present in natural form.  There are also some wonderfully preserved impressions of the pleural spines.  All in all, a fantastic specimen and a great value for the price!

VERY COMPLETE AND WELL-PRESERVED FOR THIS SPECIES - TEXTBOOK EXAMPLE AND POSE!

7.5 x 6.5" overall, trilobite 5.25" x 3.8"
