This is a high grade lab-prepped example of a Cryphina trilobite. Cryphina trilobites are always small but feature some unique anatomy. Most noteworthy is the pointed rostrum. This choice specimen is 100% NATURAL with no restoration. Most impressive is its intense reddish / olive green body contrasting in a very breath-taking manner with the original red limestone host rock in which it was found. Both eyes are intact with full multi-lens detail in superb preservation. Classic tiny snout and pointed pygidium are exposed and visible. Highly recommended and a great value for the connoisseur of lab-prepped, rare and choice specimens.
