One area is known for its orange specimens, one for the more rare dark brown specimens and one where the rare brownish black specimens are found. This specimen is of the rare dark brown variety and is in the finest condition and preservation you will ever find! Most consider us THE dealer for the best quality and most intact Paradoxides. There is only approximately 1 % restoration and that was only to blend repaired damage sustained during extraction! The rare features of this amazing specimen include: intact perfect impressions in stone of the tips of the pleural spines, complete genuine impression of pygidium intact, BOTH genal spines along with free cheeks and glabella COMPLETE AND INTACT!
