PARADOXIDES TRILOBITE - Anti-Atlas Mountain Range, South Morocco

CAMBRIAN PERIOD:  543-510 million years ago

This specimen is a special rare listing and the above pictures are of the actual item offered.  Excavated from the Paradoxides Beds in the Sahara Desert, Morocco this  piece is of the rarest quality and size with minor restoration.  The majority of Paradoxides trilobites require a great deal of restoration.  Very rarely is the actual limonite staining on the stone where the animal died evident.  Not so with this masterpiece.  Here, you can see the natural coloring dominates the specimen. 

This premium grade trilobite specimen is the finest I currently offer and is being listed here separately, rightfully so.  My regular stock Paradoxides are light years in quality compared to others offered so it is not mentioned lightly when I say this is my BEST!
