Not only is this specimen a rarity unto itself as a genuine double of the largest known trilobites, but the color on each is 100% natural and original and has only been stabilized to protect it from deterioration when this giant fossil slab is proudly displayed. Each of these trilobites would be the finest specimens you could acquire but to add to the rarity of this true investment-grade fossil, the two are together on their original single slab of limestone. The larger Paradoxides on the viewers left boasts of only approximately 2% restoration! and key anatomy is intact and present such as the pygidium, pygidial spines, left genal spine and cephalon with glabella.
