CETIOSAUR TOOTH - Tegana Formation - Kem Kem, Morocco

EARLY CRETACEOUS PERIOD:  145 - 112 million years ago

This fascinating CETIOSAUR tooth is one of the most beautiful and unique ones I've come across.  It has a slanted wear facet on BOTH sides!  The enamel is gorgeous, like hand-rubbed walnut and exhibits fantastic gloss and preservation.  The tip, worn at an angle on both sides, is polished smooth from the creature's use and is entirely intact with a sharp edge at the top edge.

This is a rare and highly recommended fossil tooth from the elusive Cetiosaur!

1.25" long x .35" wide
