SPINOSAURUS DINOSAUR TOOTH - Tegana Formation - Kem Kem, Morocco

LATE CRETACEOUS PERIOD:  96 - 66 million years ago

This large Spinosaurus tooth is a beauty and in a condition that is near impossible to find in today's dinosaur tooth market.  It is INTACT with no repair or restoration - VERY RARE IN THIS SIZE!  The enamel is excellent with wonderful graining and features a stunning hue of burnt oranges and walnut brown.  Unlike many large teeth on the market that are mostly root compared to the overall length, this is an honest-to-goodness whopper tooth that is mostly tooth above the jaw.
