FINEST
GRADE 10 LATERAL SPINOSAURUS TOOTH WITH ROOT
Tegana
Formation - Kem Kem, Morocco
LATE
CRETACEOUS PERIOD: 96 - 66 million years ago
This large
Spinosaurus tooth is of a highly uncommon quality. It is unique in
that it is from the side of the jaw where the teeth were not
curved. It features no wear or feeding damage and only sustained a
single micro-fracture when collected. This is indistinguishable
from the display side and does not detract in any way. In every
way this tooth is a real stunner of a specimen with
beauty and preservation that is near impossible to find in today's
dinosaur tooth market. It is complete
with root and has no fabrication - VERY RARE IN THIS SIZE!
The enamel is surreal with rich blood red and orange tones. Surface is
perfect with soft graining.
This is the last of the really nice teeth we have over 2.5" so do
not hesitate. VERY
UNIQUE SPECIMEN - CHOICE GRADE TOOTH FROM THE SIDE OF THE JAW!
2.65" long on
the curve x .65" wide
